Registration and Cancellation Questions
How do I register for a course?

If you prefer, you can call toll free (833) 723-6222 or (785) 532-4995, and a registration representative will help you register over the phone.
When is the deadline for registration?
You can register for in-person courses that are being held as late as 7 days prior to the start of the course (register early as in-person and webinar courses without sufficient registrations may be cancelled). Within 7 days of an in-person training, contact the training representative at toll free (833) 723-6222 or (785) 532-4995 or by email: radoncourse@ksu.edu to determine if you can be added to the course. A late registration fee of $50 will be charged for late additions to in-person sessions.
Can I register on site at a course on the first day?
This is not recommended. We strongly recommend that you preregister for a course at least a week in advance so that we assess whether the course has enough registrations to be held, and we can supply enough materials for the course instructors.
Can I transfer from one course to another if my schedule changes?
Yes, you need to contact the radon training registration representative at least 7 days before the course and request this change. Call toll free (833) 723-6222 or (785) 532-4995 or email: radoncourse@ksu.edu.
Can someone attend a course in my place if my schedule changes?
Yes, you need to contact the radon training coordinator and request this change prior to the start of the course. You will receive a refund, and the new participant will need to pay prior to attending. Call toll free (833) 723-6222 or (785) 532-4995 or email: radoncourse@ksu.edu.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $25 processing fee ($50 processing fee within 7 days of course start), will be refunded if notice is received in the conference registration office by 5 p.m. seven days prior to the in-person course start date. To modify or cancel your registration, please send a written request to radoncourse@ksu.edu with the subject line “Radon Training.” After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration in writing by the deadline are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend and have not paid the registration fee.
Webinar and online refunds or extensions (online/correspondence) must be requested by email: radoncourse@ksu.edu and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All will include a $25 processing fee ($50 processing fee within 7 days of course start for webinar).
Online courses can be extended for $50 for an additional 30 days access.
